BODY-MIND THERAPY .
I am proud of my partial KhoiKhoi ancestry, giving me an inheritance of ancestral healing skill. Through the experience of “!kia,” a spiritual state, most often attained through dance, my ability to tap in to the healing presence have been affirmed and I have studied a wide variety of healing techniques, ranging from structural work to energy and sound healing; with and emphasis on CranioSacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release and Belief Clearing.
I am a Reiki Master, Certified CranioSacral Therapist through the Upledger Institute, Trasformational Life-Coach and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and have completed alternative MA studies in Holistic Counseling at the University of Metaphysics with a thesis titled: “Trauma to Transformation – How trauma can lead to a life of spiritual understanding and happiness.”
As further development I’ve completed training as ThetaHealing Practitioner, as well as 500RYT Tantra Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Certified Holistic Sexologist with the American Board of Sexology and Intuitive Advisor with The International School of Clairvoyance. I work from a highly intuitive place to incorporate my perceptive gifts with experience and skill.
MEDITATION For more than a decade, my lifestyle has been dedicated to a daily practice of meditation. I’ve learnt tremendously from serving full-time for one year at a Vipassana meditation center, engaging in a monastic lifestyle with several hours of daily practice, and intensive retreats. Feel free to order a copy of my book “Mindfulness Journey in Africa” on Amazon. Meditation is the foundation for everything I do in life, finding stillness in motion, and motion in stillness.
In my free time I like to be in nature, travel the world, create clothing, poetry and music; engage in meaningful conversation with those close to me and enjoy life as much as I can.
